I AM HOPE has one goal - positive societal attitudinal change. The foundation runs a number of programmes to normalise mental health for Kiwi youth. Over the past ten years, I AM HOPE has spoken and listened to over 300,000 kids in schools, generating conversations that normalise self-doubt and distress, while offering real support. And through the Gumboot Friday Programme, has spent over 3 million dollars on counselling for over 10,000 rangatahi.
